IDCIn July 2003, IDC published its "Worldwide Enterprise ASP Competitive Analysis 2003". For the second consecutive year, Surebridge was included in IDC's leadership quadrant. IDC made its selection based on a vendor's alignment with market opportunity, which factored in market share, focus on vertical and company size, ability to integrate and customize, and ability to support heterogeneous environments and a company's ability to gain market share in the future by evaluating brand recognition, partnership strategy, sales strategy, financial strength, and Web-native or Web services strategy.
