Surebridge is strongly committed to third-party validation and certification of the policies and procedures we use to maintain our customers' IT systems. Surebridge has chosen SysTrust and Microsoft Gold Certification as the two standards that best certify our ability to deliver On Demand Services for our customers.

Microsoft Gold CertificationSurebridge is one of only a few application outsourcers to meet the strict service quality and operational readiness criteria of the prestigious Microsoft Gold Certified Partner Program for Hosting and Application Services. Acceptance into the Microsoft Gold Certified Partner Program demonstrates that an application outsourcer meets high levels of service readiness, competency, capacity, and scalability. The strict certification process requires an application outsourcer to meet operational best practices, benchmarks, and principles largely based on the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), an independent, widely recognized and customer-driven set of international standards for data operations. This certification is awarded only where strict eligibility qualifications, proven service quality and operational benchmarks have been met. In its on-site assessment, Microsoft carefully evaluated Surebridge against the ITIL industry benchmark in the following areas: Demonstrated results in the area of customer satisfaction measures, service level management, ability to scale at the process level, including provisioning and deploying, and at the team level with resource and staff readiness; and maturity of operations environment, such as change management procedures and disaster recovery. |

SysTrustSystrust is a series of principles established by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants that evaluate a vendor's data center infrastructure in four categories - availability, security, integrity and maintainability. The comprehensive audit, which was conducted by the national director of e-risk services for accounting firm Grant Thornton, evaluated and tested Surebridge's security, network, facilities and operational practices. This third-party validation assures Surebridge customers it has established the necessary processes, procedures, controls and infrastructure within its data center to deliver on service level agreement guarantees. |
