As we have stated in the past, Venturi Partners is focused on lowering its debt levels, improving operations and containing costs. By outsourcing our ERP systems to NaviSite, we expect to gain service advantages we simply could not produce internally. Our overall system initiatives, including the upgrade to PeopleSoft 8, is expected to provide a more complete application infrastructure so that we can increase utilization of these systems, provide better management information for driving business, increase efficiencies and support new associate, customer and corporate activities. Equally important, this arrangement and other related system initiatives should result in approximately $3.0 million in savings over the course of the three-year contract, beginning later this year.
