Oxford Foods is a manufacturer and marketer of the highest quality pickles, peppers, relishes, and sauces to the food services industry in the northeast, Mid-Atlantic and southeastern United States. Nestled in the Connecticut River Valley, the largest agricultural area in New England, the Oxford Foods-owned manufacturing facility is located on roughly 15 acres of land in South Deerfield, MA. Oxford also operates an 85,000 square foot warehouse facility where their quality products are stored and distributed to valued customers.
Challenge
- During the acquisition of the Jewett Ave pickle and pepper plant, they needed their computer system up and running in one day to ensure a seamless transition
