Challenge
- Due to a 5-year contract with a new customer, there was a need for FMC to deploy a financial application with very limited time, and at 3 different locations
- FMC’s system was being changed, and they needed the ability to integrate to other applications
- FMC did not have plans to hire a full-time IT staff to support and manage the new system, so they needed an outsourcing provider
