Data Collection
Surebridge does not collect personally identifiable information about individuals except when such individuals specifically provide such information to us on a voluntary basis. Surebridge may collect IP addresses and or Domain Names (where applicable) of visitors to the Site, the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail and information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations. Microsite
Access to certain of Surebridge's web pages are accessible only by email invitation containing a link to a private site created specifically for the intended user (the "Microsite"). Information that a user provides to us within the Microsite may be used for permission purposes, tracking information on how often users access their Microsite and which documents they view to give Surebridge feedback on the effectiveness of its content.
If a Microsite user elects to use our referral service within the Microsite for informing a friend about his or her Microsite, we ask them for the friend's name and email address. Surebridge will automatically send the friend a one-time email inviting them to visit the site. Surebridge stores this information for the purpose of sending the one-time email and tracking the success of our referral program. The friend may contact Surebridge at remove@surebridge.com to request the removal of this information from our database. If a friend chooses to access the Microsite Use of the Microsite by the friend is also subject to this Privacy Policy and the Surebridge Terms and Conditions of Use Governing the Surebridge Web Site located at http://www.surebridge.com/legal/index.asp.

Through its site, Surebridge provides users with the opportunity to subscribe to various newsletters. These newsletters are only sent out to users who have specifically signed up and opted-in to these services. Users can un-subscribe to any or all of the newsletters by updating their personal profile, which they can access from a link in any of the newsletter we send them or by sending an e-mail to Surebridge at remove@surebridge.com.
